Foreign Payments on WooCommerce

As we can see on official Woocomerce website http://goo.gl/75bT0L , there are several Payment Gateways available to Woocommerce – I’m from Brazil and here this one Pag Seguro http://goo.gl/t9eKd is our “paypal”.

So I have already a woocommerce shop running pagseguro extension and it works ok. Does it mean I am not locked anymore to paypal and can accept any payment gateway that Woocommerce accepts?
