Forum Posting Guidelines

The ensure the fastest, most effective response, please observe the following guidelines:

1. Titling the Forum Post

Each support post needs to be titled as either a pointed, professional question or a calm and concise recap of the issue. Avoid alarmist and Armageddon type language. Let cool, calm and collected carry the day, and solutions will be much closer at hand.

2. The Content of the Forum Post

Please describe the issue as articulately as possible. Be kind, thoughtful, calm and intelligent in describing your situation. It’s a better way to live and it will make ironing out  integration wrinkles go faster and smoother.

3. Responding to Your Post

When applicable, our support team will respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because each WordPress installation is unique, it is not always possible to solve every problem in the User Forum. In these instances, we direct people to consider various Support Options we have available. Also, please note that our support response hours are M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
