No form submittal error messages shown when using the shortcode
January 11, 2019 2:30 amHi G2W,
We recently moved our gotowp premium from our ecommerce site to our corporate site and the single webinar shortcode works great mostly, but we are not seeing any form error codes, the only error code shows up on top of the form which says the email is already registered for this webinar, could you please take a look, and submit an empty form to recreate the issue? here is our staging url that we are testing, thank you so much, any ideas on how to fix this are welcomed! http://alchemycorp.staging.wpengine.com/resources/webinars/leahs-mock-webinar/

We are checking and will revert back. Thanks!
We have tested locally and cannot duplicate issue. Can you please send access details to help@gotowp.com so we can troubleshoot? Thank you!

Hi gotoWp! We need to push our site live tomorrow, any chance you have been able to troubleshoot the issue? Thank you in advance!
Good morning! We have fixed this issue and uploaded to your site, please test. We are working on improving it further and will update it ASAP.
While the submittal required error message is fixed on the sidebar form, it’s not functioning on our popup form with the same short code. Further, it appears our webinars created since January are not synchronizing and showing in the interface. Can someone help?
Hi, please update to latest version 3.2.1, which should fix this issue
It appears we are already on version 3.2.1, unless I’m missing something? Please advise.
