Plugin Installation Error Message

April 29, 2015 6:42 pm

We purchased the premium version of Gotowp for a website we built and needed to take it off of that one and install in on our main website. I completely uninstalled it from our website, trwtv.com, and installed it in therhinestoneworld.com. However, when we updated any settings, we get the following error message,

pects at most 3 parameters, 4 given in /home/content/94/9953194/html/therhinestoneworld/wp-content/plugins/gotowp_premium_106/gotowp_premium.php on line 1952

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/94/9953194/html/therhinestoneworld/wp-content/plugins/gotowp_premium_106/gotowp_premium.php on line 1953

How would I correct this?

Thanks!

  • Are the sites on the same server? Had you previously installed plugin on therhinestoneworld.com? Any more detail you can provide would be helpful. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you!

  • Also, just sent you 1.0.7.2 to the email address you purchased from.

  • Hi Brandon, the sites are not on the same server, unfortunately. I did previously install the free version of gotowp on therhinestoneworld.com, but I have never used it. Feel free if you need more specific detail, I will be happy to provide it.

Also, I do not see an email from you with 1.0.7.2 quite yet.

  • I sent it to info@ address which was the one on record for the purchase. Did you try uninstalling the Free version on therhinestoneworld.com?

  • That did the trick! The free version was already uninstalled, but the new version (which an employee trashed the email) was installed and it appears to be correct! Thank you!

  • Great, glad it worked!
