We have a GoToWebinar account that we have been using for sometime to sell Webinars, and are trying to add some recorded webinars for sale. We successfully set up the recorded webinar products in WooCommerce following these instructions (http://gotowp.supportico.us/article/selling-recorded-webinars/). If a visitor ties to purchase a recording, the user is able to successfully place the order, but they do not receive a link to the recording.
Here is what is happening:
1) This product has been set up so that visitors can purchase recordings. Sample product:

2) If the user orders the product, they receive a confirmation (https://d.pr/i/IVqQFc). However you’ll note that there is no link in the confirmation where they can view the recording
We confirmed that the website is actively syncing with Lisa’s GoToWebinar account.
