Recording not being sent

Hi there,

Been loving your plugin so far, great work!

I’ve updated the plugin to the most recent version you released fixing the issue I was having where I was unable to save the recording number.

Please could you let me know what someone’s supposed to receive once they’ve purchased a webinar? At the moment the only thing I got during a test purchase was the order confirmation.

  • Thanks for the post! Yes, for Recordings, they only receive the receipt, and then in their my-account section of your website, they should see a “Watch Now” link on the Recording order. The same “Watch Now” link should be visible on the receipt as well. The reason for this, is GoToWebinar does not accept registrations for Recordings in the same way they do Live/Upcoming webinars.
