Registrants not showing up
April 1, 2015 7:28 pmHello. Our plugin has been working like a charm — until this week. I can’t figure out why the registration is not showing up on our Gotowebinar registration list. We have the paid version, connected to paypal, and there are 5 sessions open – each one has the same issue. People can register on our site, their card is processed and payment is received through our paypal account. However, the registration does not show up in our gotowebinar list. What should I check? I have looked to see if we put the right webinar ID. I have clicked ‘update forms’. It is so simple that I can’t think of anything else that could go wrong. Please help us.

Which version are you using?
Version 1.0.6
We are using 1.0.6 — I went in and updated our access token today and clicked ‘save details’. Then I clicked ‘update webinar forms’ and then ‘save details’. I tried to see if registrant would who up – I still have the same problem – paypal is processed but the registration on gotowebinar does not occur. PLEASE help. We do webinars every week.
How do I update to 1.0.9? Is that what I need to do?

Thank you for sending the 1.0,7 version. I have uploaded it and activated everything. I am having the same problem.
Jo – nice speaking with you over email and phone.I think we found the issue. It was with PayPal. They were returning a “cURL error: [60] Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates” error which was preventing the IPN notification which was preventing the G2W registration/email being sent.
I just registered through your site and received the automated Citrix email. Looks like everything is back to normal, but feel free to test and confirm.
