Registration Forms not Populating in Plugin Backend

I currently use this plugin to facilitate registrations in my WordPress based website.
WordPress version is currently at 4.7.5.
The plugin was working great up until last Friday when I noticed on our registration pages that the plugin was no longer visible. I have made no changes to those pages since they were put up. On Friday, I tried going and the G2W OAuth service was unavailable.
Today, I visited the now working OAuth service and I’ve refreshed my Access Token, still no results. Attached is a screenshot of what my dashboard view, plugin is failing to retrieve webinar forms of which we have about 6.

Update: I’ve updated the plugin and my WordPress version and this is working now, thank you.
Great, glad everything is working! Yes, the API URLs have been updated from Citrix to new format with LogMeIn, so if anyone else is running into syncing or registration issues, updating to latest version is best course of action.
I’ve updated the plugin; however, now users are reporting that their registrations via the plugin don’t seem to be going through.
I can confirm as I’ve submitted a few tests via the registration plugin. I’ve even refreshed the tokens.
These tests are not appearing in the backend of G2W as registrants. Please advise!
