Renewed with no warning

Good afternoon
I have just received notification that my subscription has renewed. We are not using the product and I have received no warning of the renewal which would have prompted me to cancel. I have now cancelled and would request a refund.

there is no link on the main site to anywhere where I can ask this question directly.

  • Same here. This was renewed and we canceled immediately. The plugin owner can verify our usage – which has been none, for a while now… and we had no idea this was going to renew. We would like a refund as well.
