Updating plugin

I purchased your plugin last year and I was looking to see if there was an update for it, which there is. Your release notes for the latest version tell me to login and go to the downloads tab to get the update. I have logged in and there is nothing in the downloads section. I would like to update the plugin, how can I do that?

  • Hmmm, very strange. When we search the orders, your order appears in the AJAX preview dropdown, but when we click, it disappears and says it doesn’t exist. Trying to assign your purchase email access to the file and it says “user already has access”. Not sure what’s going on. Apologies! In the meantime, we’ve emailed you link to update directly to the email you purchased with. We’ll continue to debug the issue related to your order being properly identified and update here accordingly. Thanks and have a great day!
