GoToWebinar renders the page ‘Need Help Finding Something?’ in Woo Addon

After configuring the Woo Addon with the webinar, the customers receive the page ‘Order Details.’ In all cases (both recordings and scheduled webinars), it says ‘Watch Webinar’. When the customer clicks on ‘Watch Webinar’, he receives the following message on

“Need Help Finding Something?The page you requested could not be found.

You may have typed the URL incorrectly, used an outdated bookmark or followed an outdated link from an email or another Web site.”

Strangely, this is happening both for previously held webinars as well as future webinars. Future webinars ideally should receive ‘Join now’ link. Isn’t it?

Any help in this regard would be great.

  • @ffngos – thanks for reaching out on Twitter and email. To recap our conversations I’m pasting solution below:

    Regarding the 404 error for “past” webinars, in our conversations with Citrix, it appears “past” status is primarily for your record keeping. In other words, people cannot interact with “past” status. The 2 statuses that customers can interact with are “upcoming/future” and “recordings”. If you update/convert the “past” webinars to “recordings” and use whatever ID # Citrix gives for each “recording” the plugin will work and the 404 error will disappear.

    Please let me know if you have any questions and let me know if you run into any issues with the above process.

    We are still working to better understand “classic/global” and how the different webinar statuses interact with each other between Citrix’s two platforms. As/if we learn more we will post here. Thanks!
