Help! Please refund?

Hi! It was very unclear to me that I would need an existing account with GoToWebinar to use this plugin. I thought it was a standalone registration plugin. Please refund me!

  • @minimary12 – I’m sorry, but we don’t provide refunds in this instance. Between our site, Twitter profile, and free download page, we make literal mention of the word(s) “GoToWebinar” or “GoToTraining” or “Citrix” over two dozen times. Given the many literal mentions of the above words, and very clear marketing of what the plugin is intended for (across all our marketing channels), as our refund policy states on the homepage, we reasonably expect “you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why” and only offer refunds if we are unable to resolve a problem with the plugin not working as advertised.
