not connecting to Webinar to go

not connecting to Webinar to Go – i set up the software and it seems to work in my woo commerce, but does not seem to be connecting to Webinar to go as it does not generate an email from them.  any thoughts on what i’m doing wrong and how to fix it?

    1) That you are using the correct Webinar ID # (screenshot below):


    2) That you have both “virtual” and “downloadable” checked on the individual Woo product (screenshot below):
