Order #3363 Refund

We’ve had ongoing issues from day one with the GoToTraining plugin. Initially I had support take a look at it, and they never figured it out. 95% of the time, registrations won’t go through. We stopped using the plugin, and just manually register customers.

Unfortunately our account was on auto renew, and reviewing statements last month I noticed the charge. Strangely enough, I never received an email notification it was renewed.

Since we no longer use the product, we’ve cancelled the subscription. But we are also requesting a refund.
