Paypal not linking with GoToWebinar

After people pay, they are not automatically being added to the registrants list.  I currently have the approval settings on GoToWebinar set to manual approval – not sure if this is impacting the plugin.  Am I missing a step?  Where do I find the information?

  • Thanks for reaching out over email and Twitter.

    1) Our plugin is designed for auto registration, so having the manual approval option turned on in GTW kind of defeats the purpose of the plugin and would cause interference.

    2) If you have manual approval turned off, I would double check that the correct PayPal IPN URL is entered in the plugin settings area.
