Plugin has stopped working

We purchased your plugin a while back to use with a shopping cart. Since then we have been making our webinars free so haven’t updated the link. It has stopped working in the last few days and I am wondering if we need an update. Everything appears to be going thru but the registration doesn’t show up in GTW and the thank email from our website is not being received.

  • Hello, Diana. First suggestion would be to generate a new key and token by visiting and logging in with your GoToWebinar credentials. The key / token provided by Citrix expires every so often, and regenerating new ones typically fixes most issues similar to the ones you outlined. Please try and let us know how it goes and we can proceed from there. Thanks!
