Plugin Installation Error Message

April 29, 2015 6:42 pm

We purchased the premium version of Gotowp for a website we built and needed to take it off of that one and install in on our main website. I completely uninstalled it from our website,, and installed it in However, when we updated any settings, we get the following error message,

pects at most 3 parameters, 4 given in /home/content/94/9953194/html/therhinestoneworld/wp-content/plugins/gotowp_premium_106/gotowp_premium.php on line 1952

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/94/9953194/html/therhinestoneworld/wp-content/plugins/gotowp_premium_106/gotowp_premium.php on line 1953

How would I correct this?

  • Are the sites on the same server? Had you previously installed plugin on Any more detail you can provide would be helpful. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you!

  • Also, just sent you to the email address you purchased from.

  • Hi Brandon, the sites are not on the same server, unfortunately. I did previously install the free version of gotowp on, but I have never used it. Feel free if you need more specific detail, I will be happy to provide it.

Also, I do not see an email from you with quite yet.

  • I sent it to info@ address which was the one on record for the purchase. Did you try uninstalling the Free version on

  • That did the trick! The free version was already uninstalled, but the new version (which an employee trashed the email) was installed and it appears to be correct! Thank you!

  • Great, glad it worked!
