Redirect to page ID (thank you page) not working on paid version

Hello, I am testing a specific thank you page per webinar registration, I am using example.. pageid=1234 but it is not redirecting correctly it loops back to the home page. Please send me a note so I can send you staging login information. Thank you so much for your help!
