I purchased this plugin this evening and would like to request a refund.
The plugin doesn’t login to GoToWebinar correctly (all 3 login buttons are outdated), the plugin has not been updated to work with the 3 major releases of WordPress (last updated 1 year ago) and does not allow me to fix or format the tables in any way. Please contact me to provide a refund. Thank you

2. plugin has been tested till wordpress 5.4 only release after us minor one 5.4.1
3. plugin was last updated on 23th April, 2020, just one month back

1. All three “oauth” connection buttons in the plugin report the following.
Considering this is the first feature on your screenshots on your website I’m very disappointed that you haven’t fixed this. It is also apparent that this has been an issue for quite some time going by the comments on the WordPress Plugin repository. https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/gotowp/

2. I was going from the page here (https://wordpress.org/plugins/gotowp/), as I was not able to find any other means of information on your convoluted website or account dashboard.
3. Why do error messages appear indicating you have not updated the plugin to meet auth requirements from February 2018 if it has been updated recently? As mentioned above this is the first screenshot “Quickly and easily connect youir GoToWebinar account” on your website and does not work as intended.
4. There is zero means to adjust the formatting or layout of the tables presented by the software, meaning I needed to hack the CSS to get it looking even close to usable.
Please refund me for the purchase.
