Registration form not showing up

I’m trying to get my webinar form to show up on my site using GoToWP plugin, but it doesn’t appear after inserting the short code.
I’ve entered the Webinar Details (G2W OAuth Flow), inserted the organizer key and access token, saved and updated. Used webID from this URL: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/9138114073460674561
The short code I come up with is [register_free_webinar webid=9138114073460674561 pageid=250]
Is there something I’m missing?

I just realized that it works when I use a non-recurring webinar, but it shows up blank for my recurring webinar – any ideas?
I read on this site (http://integrate.vanzeist.com/gotowp-wordpress-plugin/) that it says ” Please notice that every occurrence of a recurring webinar has its own webinar ID and therefor has his own shortcode! ”
However, I believe my recurring webinar has multiple webinr IDs but only one registration URL: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/9138114073460674561
