Still can’t get it to talk to API

I have tried unsuccessfully several times now to get the API to work properly with GotoTraining.

In a separate support request (Configuration Error)… I sent you the credentials to our site

Basically – when I put the API credentials in… the windows are blank and there is no telemetry at all.

If you won’t get back to me… well we’re going to have to find another solution… I haven’t seen you reply to anyone’s support for over two weeks…

I don’t know if you’re still in business… or supporting products… or what… but I need some kind of indication that you’re still in business… or I guess we’ll just ditch the product and move on with another vendor.

This has been utterly frustrating…
